Edgar Tolson (KY, 1904 - 1984) folk art carving depicting Eve, standing with her body encircled by an ebonized snake. Eyes with dark red stained pupils and graphite-shaded irises. Pencil numbered #21 and dated 1972 on the base. 11 1/2" H. Provenance: Ex. Harvey and Isobel Kahn collection, Northeast Auctions.
